Product Lead, Deal and Payment Systems, YouTube

At the heart of YouTube’s business operations lies the Deal and Payment Systems team. We deliver innovative tools, automated workflows, and data-driven insights to ensure billions of dollars are paid to YouTube partners accurately and on time.

• Drive the strategy, ideation, and execution for products foundational to YouTube's financial operations
• Enhance our existing systems and build new capabilities from the ground up
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Business teams to solve tests
• Own a strategy for several key initiatives
• Lead the exploration of AI solutions to enhance payment accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role
• 2 years of visual design experience in UX/UI design
